光照度、施肥量及品种互作对不结球白菜硝酸盐含量和产量的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Light Intensity,Fertilization Amount and Variety on Nitrate Content and Yield of Non-heading Chinese Cabbage

摘要 采用方差分析和多元相关分析法,选用3个不结球白菜品种研究了光照度、施肥量和品种3因素互作对叶片和叶柄硝酸盐含量和产量的影响。结果表明:光照度、施肥量及品种对不结球白菜硝酸盐含量和产量都存在显著影响。随着光照度的增加,叶片和叶柄的硝酸盐含量显著下降,而产量明显增加,相关系数分别达-0.574、-0.314和0.508;同时,还发现若适当增加施肥量,能明显提高产量,但叶片和叶柄中硝酸盐积累也增多。施肥量与产量的相关系数达0.433。硝酸盐积累和产量增加的多少因品种不同而异。 Three non-heading Chinese cabbage varieties were selected to study the effect of light intensity, fertilization amount and variety on the nitrate content and yield by multiple analysis of variance and correlation analysis. The results showed that all of the light intensity,fertilization amount and variety had significant impact on nitrate content and production of non-heading Chinese cabbage. The leaf and petiole nitrate content of non-heading Chinese cabbage decreased with the enhancement of light intensity, and the yield improved with increase of light intensity, the correlation coefficient being -0. 574, -0. 314,0. 508 ,respectively. Moreover, the proper increase of fertilization amount could significantly improve the yield ( r = 0.433 ), but lead to a lot of nitrate accumulation. Meanwhile, the variety also had effect on nitrate content and production of non-heading Chinese cabbage.
