特拉唑嗪联合双氯芬酸钠治疗输尿管下段结石疗效分析

摘要 目的:评价特拉唑嗪联合双氯芬酸钠治疗输尿管下段单发小结石的临床效果。方法:输尿管下段结石患者随机分成两组:治疗组45例,特拉唑嗪2 mg/d,双氯芬酸钠25 mg/次,2次/d;对照组32例,654-2 10 mg(或阿托品0.5mg)肌内注射。观察结石排出率、排出时间、强止痛剂使用率、不良反应。结果:两组在结石排出率、排出时间、强止痛剂使用率方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特拉唑嗪联合双氯芬酸钠能提高排石率,缩短排石时间,减少镇痛剂的使用。
