摘要
结合路桥施工企业项目管理实际,构建基于项目过程的路桥施工企业项目管理成熟度等级模型、评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型,并结合给出具体应用实例,为路桥施工企业进行项目管理组织评估和改进项目管理水平,提高综合竞争力提供方法和途径。
According to the reality of project management, the highway and bridge corporation project management maturity model and evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are contributed based on project process. And through examples, the methods for highway and bridge corporation to project management organization evaluation, improve management level and enhance comprehensive capability are supplied.
