摘要
采用强度试验、动态模量试验和疲劳试验研究了级配类型和集料种类对超薄磨耗层沥青混合料力学特性与疲劳性能的影响。研究结果表明,骨架密实型级配类型或石灰岩作为细集料均能显著改善沥青混合料的力学性能,提高超薄磨耗层沥青混合料的抗压强度、劈裂强度和破坏劲度模量;超薄磨耗层沥青混合料的动态模量均大于普通沥青混合料,有利于提高沥青混合料抵抗永久变形的能力;采用玄武岩的骨架密实性SMA-10能显著提高沥青混合料的疲劳寿命。
The effects of gradation and aggregate types on the mechanical properties and fatigue performance of Ultra Thin Friction Course (UTFC) are investigated by strength test, dynamic modulus test and fatigue test. Test results indicate that the compress strength, splitting strength and the stiffness can be increased when the dense gradation and limestone are chosen for the preparation of UTFC. The dynamic modulus of UTFC is greater than that of ordinary asphalt mixtures, which can improve the resistance to permanent deformation of asphalt mixtures. The fatigue life of asphalt mixture with SMA-IO gradation can be enhanced significantly when compared with other types of gradation.
