摘要
目的:观察"多切口双挂线引流术"治疗高位马蹄型肛周脓肿临床疗效。方法:将80例高位马蹄型肛周脓肿患者随机分成试验组(多切口双挂线引流术组)和对照组(传统切开挂线术组)各40例。观察两组病例术后疼痛、创口愈合时间、肛门形态、肛门功能情况和随访1年内的复发情况。结果:两组在术后疼痛、创口愈合时间、术后瘢痕大小、肛门形态及复发率等方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),显愈率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组优于对照组。结论:"多切口双挂线引流术"治疗高位马蹄型肛周脓肿具有较好的效果,并能有效减少术后并发症及后遗症。
Objective： To observe ＂the multi-margins double tie a string the drainage＂ the treat around the anus the top digit horse＇s hoof abscess clinical curative effect. Methods： 80 example around the anus the top digit horse＇s hoof abscess patient divide into the experimental group （multi-margins double to tie a string drainage） stochastically and the control group （traditional incision ties a string technique） each 40 examples.Observes two groups＇ ache, the wound cicatrization time, the anus shape, anus function situation and makes a follow-up visit 1 year in the recrudescence situation. Results： Two groups after the technique the ache, the wound cicatrization time, anus shape, anus function situation and recurrence rate have the remarkable difference （P〈0.05）, the cure rate aspect had no remarkable difference （P〉0.05）, the experimental group surpasses the control group. Conclusion：＂The multi-margins double tie a string the drainage＂ treat around the anus the top digit horse＇s hoof abscess to have the good effect, can reduce the complication and the sequela effectively.
