薯蓣皂苷元诱导人骨肉瘤U-2OS细胞凋亡的透射电镜观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨薯蓣皂苷元对人骨肉瘤U-2OS细胞的作用机制。方法采用四氮唑盐还原法观察薯蓣皂苷元对U-2OS细胞体外生长的作用,透射电镜观察U-2OS细胞超微结构的变化。结果薯蓣皂苷元对U-2OS细胞的生长具有明显抑制作用,半抑制率为87μmol/L;薯蓣皂苷元作用后U-2OS细胞出现核染色质浓缩成块状、边集等典型的凋亡形态学改变,同时,薯蓣皂苷元也诱导U-2OS细胞胀亡。结论薯蓣皂苷元通过诱导U-2OS细胞凋亡或胀亡而抑制其生长。
