摘要
综述了近年来电化学方法在无机铬形态分析的应用进展,主要介绍了包括库仑法、电位滴定法、极谱法、溶出伏安法及离子选择性电极电位法。重点对溶出伏安法及离子选择性电极电位法在铬形态分析中的应用进行了阐述,并对电化学方法在铬形态分析的现状及发展趋势进行了展望。未来的发展主要集中在:提高方法的选择性,尽可能减少或免去样品的预处理过程,进行直接测定;制备新型电极材料以改善测定结果的重现性;研制和发展全自动化的测试仪器;发展铬形态分析的原位、实时分析技术以及进一步研究不同形态铬在环境中迁移转化规律及铬存在形态与毒性关系。
A review on the progress of electrochemical analysis of chromium speciation during the recent years was given. The application of coluometry, potentiometric titration, polarography, especiauy that of stripping voltammetry and selective electrodes in the analysis of chnomium, was discussed. The prospect about speciation analysis of chromium by the methods of electrochemical chremium was also investigated. In the future, the development will focus on the following ways: improvement of selectivity to reduce or remove the pre-treatment process of sample as possible, the preparation of new types of electrode material to improve the reproducibility of results; the research and develop of fully automatic test equipment; the situ and real-time analysis of chromium speciation, and the translation rule of different forms of chromium in environment as well as the relationship between the form of existence and its toxicity.
