Development of Small Electric Garbage Truck

摘要 对微型电动垃圾车的设计理论进行了初步研究,建立了电动垃圾车基本计算的动力学模型,研制出了后开门式的电动垃圾车,并进行了整车性能试验。试验结果表明该车的各项性能指标都达到科技部的技术要求,说明整车的设计是合理的,电气系统参数的匹配计算结果与试验结果基本吻合。 The dynamic mechanical model based on basic count of Minitype electric Garbage truck was built through the basic research theory on design of electric garbage truck. The paper designed the electric garbage truck whose door is opened from its back and tested the overall performance. The results indicated that the match results on electrical system parameters were basically consistent with the experimental results ,and the every performance index of the car had reached the technical requirements of Ministry of Science and Technology,and it is proved that the design of the car is reasonable.
