摘要
针对高水头多沙河流水电站水轮机的特点,从转轮选型、结构改进、转轮材质选用、叶片加工工艺诸方面,论述了提高高水头机组综合效率和可靠性、改善多沙河流水电站水轮机抗空蚀性能的技术措施。
Based on characteristics of water turbine used in hydropower station with high water head in sedi- ment-laden river, the paper studies technical measures to improve comprehensive efficiency and reliability of high head unit as well as cavitation erosion resistance of water turbine in terms of runner selection, structural improvement, runner material selection and blade processing technique.
