摘要
本文介绍了用脉冲高电压对含大肠杆菌的生理盐水样品进行灭菌处理的实验方法和结果，采用了三种不同的电极系统，并分别讨论了它们在灭菌处理中的机理和特点。
This paper presents the experimental method and results is the killing of bacteria coli in 0.9-percent NaCl solution throngh the application of pulsed high voltage in which three diffrent electrode systems were used. the mechanism(and the characteristics of each electrode system in killing bacteria have been diwcssed.
