摘要 为进行远程控制水下焊接,研制了一套局部干法自动水下焊接系统,进行了15m水深局部干法自动水下焊接工艺试验。结果表明,该水下焊接系统稳定可靠,焊缝成形良好,能够用于特殊环境的远程控制自动水下焊接作业。 In order to carry on the remote control underwater welding,developed a set of local dry automatic underwater welding system,take this as the foundation,carried on the 15 m water depth local dry automatic underwater welding procedure testing.The result indicated that this underwater welding system is stable and reliable ,the weld formation is good,it can he used in remote control automatic underwater welding in special environment.
