摘要
利用传递矩阵法将压路机的振动轴简化并分段建模,对轴系中各单元的状态进行了数学描述,得到振动轴的传递矩阵方程,以某型号振动压路机的振动轴为例,计算振动轴的固有频率.同时用有限元分析软件AN-SYS建立了振动轴的三维模型,进行模态分析,得到振动轴的固有频率和前4阶振型,与传递矩阵方程的计算结果基本吻合.这表明所提出振动轴的传递矩阵模型接近实际情况,对压路机的振动轴的动力学分析有重要的参考价值.
Firstly, the vibratory shaft of road rollers~ is simplified and modeled in segment via transfer matrix method. Then, each unit state of shaft system is mathematically described to obtain transfer matrix equation of vibratory shaft. Next, the inherent frequency of vibratory shaft is calculated based on a specific road roller. Meanwhile, a 3D model of vibratory shaft is established using the finite element soft- ware, i.e. ANSYSTM. Upon completion of modality analysis, the inherent frequency and first four orders of vibration forms are found to coincide with the calculation results from transference matrix equation. Finally, it is indicted that the transfer matrix model of vibratory shaft is close to the actual situation. There- fore, this approach sets a reference for the dynamical analysis on vibratory shaft of road rollers.
