摘要
分离纯化得杜仲5种降压成分。以SD大鼠的胸动脉条为标本,对比杜仲的各种降压成分单独在不同浓度水平下及它们之间正交组合之后舒张血管的效果与杜仲的水提物有何差异。实验结果表明,杜仲中各种降压成分及其组合都有不同程度的舒张率,很多组分组合后还超过了杜仲的水提浸膏在中剂量下的舒张率。其中各组分单独进样时以京尼平苷和京尼平苷酸这两种组分舒张率的值最大,组合进样时以绿原酸(0.25mg/ml)加京尼平苷(1.0mg/ml)加京尼平苷酸(0.5mg/ml)加木脂素(0.25mg/ml)这种组合舒张率最大,有显著舒张血管的效果。
Five antihypertensive components in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. were isolated and purified and the chest artery of SD rat was used as a specimen, then the relaxations of each vasodilation components at different concentration levels and their orthogonal combinations were contrasted. The results showed that every antihypertensive component and their combinations have varied degrees of relaxations. Some of them even have the relaxtions which are more than those of the Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. at the middle-level concentration. The geniposide and the geniposide acid have the biggest relaxtions in the single components and the combinations of ehlorogenie acid(0. 25 mg/ml), geniposide(1.0 mg/ml), geniposide acid (0. 5 mg/ml) and lignans(0. 25 mg/ml) have the biggest relaxtions in the combinations.
