摘要
猪繁殖与呼吸综征(PRRS)自1987年首次在美国发现以来,已给世界养猪业造成了巨大的损失。快速精确的诊断是有效防制该病的前提。随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,已建立了许多敏感性高、特异性强、易于操作的诊断及检测PRRS抗体和抗原的方法。作者就PRRSV实验室检测方法的研究进展进行了概述,为进一步检测和控制该病提供参考。
Since PRRS was discovered in 1987 for the first time in America,it has caused huge loss of pig trade worldwide. Fast accurate diagnosis is the primary step of effective prevention and control of this disease. With the increasing development of molecular biological technology, a lot of PRRS diagnosis methods which were high sensitivity, specificity and easy operation have establed. In this article, the detection methods of PRRS in laboratory were summaried to provide reference for this disease detection and control further.
