摘要
利用ICP-MS对长白山区野生和种植桔梗中的多种微量元素进行了测定和分析。结果表明:在选定的实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.009~0.092ng/mL;相对标准偏差RSD在1.87%~4.96%之间;标准加入回收率在97.8%~106.8%之间。野生桔梗中微量元素总量明显高于种植的,但有害元素铅、砷和镉的含量野生桔梗低于种植的。
The contents of many trace elements in radix platycodonis were determined by ICP-MS. The results of the determination showed that under the optimum conditions. The experimental results showed that the detection limits were lower than 0.092 ng/mL with low RSD (n=7, 4.96%) for most metal chemicals determined, the relative standard deviations of 1.87%-4.96%. And recoveries percentage between 97.8% and 106.8%. The total content of trace element in radix platycodonis was higher than that of planted radix platycodonis, but the contents of Pb, As and Cd, these deleterious elements in radix platycodonis were lower than that of planted radix platycodonis.
