加温输液对剖宫产病人术中失血量和伤口感染的影响 被引量:2

Effect of heated transfusion on blood loss and wound infection among patients receiveing caesarean operation

摘要 目的探讨加温输液对剖宫产病人术中失血量和伤口感染的影响。方法将300例择期剖宫产病人随机分为实验组(加温输液组)和对照组(室温输液组)各150例。实验组用加温输液器进行加温,输入平衡盐溶液,最高控制温度≤36.5℃;对照组给予普通室温输液。比较两组体温、术中情况和术后切口情况。结果实验组术中开始输液后体温平稳,对照组于90,120min体温明显降低,两组比较差异有统计学意义;实验组术中输液量、失血量明显少于对照组,手术切口均甲级愈合,对照组发生4例切口感染,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论加温输液能有效防止剖宫产手术病人术中体温降低,进而减少手术失血量和切口感染率。 Objective To observe the effect of heated transfusion on blood loss amount and wound infection in the patients receiving caesarean operation. Methods 300 patients receiving caesarean operation were randomly divided into the experimetal group (heated transfusion) and the control group (accepting transfusion at room temperature), with each group having 150 patients. In experimetal group, heated solution up to 36. 5 ℃ was transfused, with the balanced salt solution solution heated with an infusion heating element and than used. Patients in control group received the transfusion of room-temperture solution. The body temperature, the condition in operation and the wound status after operation were measured and recorded. Results First, in body temperature, patients in experimetal group kept stable after beginning the transfusion of solution, and patients in control group had a clear decrease at 90 minute and 120 minute after solution transfusion, which is a significant difference between the two groups. Secondly, patients in experimetal group had a less transfustion amount and a less blood loss than patients in control group, which is a difference of statistically significant meaning. And, thirdly, all of the healing of wound in experimetal group were Level A, and there were four cases of infection of incisional wound in control group, which is a difference of statistically significant meaning. Canclusious Heated transfusion can prevent the lowering of body temperature of patients in operation and thereby decreasing reducing the bleeding volume in operation and the incidence rate of infection of incisional wound.
