摘要
根据五加皮保健酒的标准色谱指纹图谱,以五加皮、丁香、当归、山柰、栀子等中药材中的超声循环提取物中的主要特征功效成份4-甲氧基水杨醛、丁香酚、藁本内酯、对甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯、栀子甙建立五加皮保健酒的功效成分骨架,开发了2种新型五加皮保健酒。新型五加皮保健酒保持了传统配方的功效成分特征,同时又具有更好的口味。
On the base of a standard fingerprint chromatogram, a functional ingredients' profile of Wujiapi healthcare wine was brought out with specified herb components including 4-Methoxysalicylaldehyde, Eugenol, Geniposide, Ligustilide and Ethyl p-Methoxycinnamate. Herbs were separately extracted by cycle ultrasonic method. Two new-type Wujiapi Wine were developed according to the profile. The results showed that they had better taste and complied with character of the traditional description.
