汽轮机中压缸迷宫式汽封完整级气动性能的分析 被引量:1

Aerodynamic Performance Analysis of Turbine Stage with Labyrinth Gland in Intermediate Pressure Cylinder of Steam Turbine

摘要 通过对中压缸带汽封通流级的数值模拟,分析了迷宫式汽封的气动特性,并通过对有无汽封装置的通流级流动状况的比较,明确了泄漏气流对叶片的气动性能有一定的影响,尤其是在动叶的根部和静叶的顶部,干扰效果明显.指出:汽封装置对流动效率的影响明显.建议在现有基础上进行汽封改型,以提高机组效率. The aerodynamic performance of labyrinth gland was analyzed through the numerical simulation of intermediate pressure (IP) flow stage with labyrinth gland. By comparison of the flowing status for the turbine stage with and without the gland, it is found that the seal leakage has certain influence on the aerodynamic performance of the blades, especially at the rotor blade root and stator blade tip with evident effects. It is pointed out that, the gland has evident effects on the flowing efficiency. It is suggested that the type of the gland be reformed to enhance the unit's efficiency.
