摘要
在现场和实验室测试的基础上,阐述支护阻力对提高围岩自承能力及控制围岩变形的重要作用,大变形巷道中锚杆和框式支架的实际支护阻力远低于理论值,围岩损伤变形过程中锚杆锚固力丧失及框式支架受载恶化是遏制支护阻力的基本原因.得出锚杆采用预应力全长锚固、加强护表构件及锚注工艺,可控制锚固力丧失,框式支架实施泵送壁后充填,使支架及早均匀承载,可大幅度提高支护阻力,从而有效地控制软岩动压巷道的强烈变形.
Based on field and laboratory tests,the important role of support resistance in improving the self holding capacity of the surrounding rocks and in control of rock deformation is described.In fact,the actual working resistance of bolts and frame type supports in roadway with severe rock deformation is by far lower than the theoretical value. The basic reason is that the working resistance is restrained by loss of anchorage force of the bolts and deterioration of load carrying capacity of the frame type support in the process of rocks failure and deformation.It is suggested that for bolting system use of pre tensioned fully anchored bolts,reinforcement wire mesh and structures,introduction of bolting and grouting technology can control loss of anchorage force of the bolts, and that for frame type supports gob stowing with pumped material can make the load evenly distributed on the supports as early as possible. These can improve greatly the support resistance, and can effectively control severe deformation of soft rocks in roadways under dynamic pressure.
