摘要
采用催化热解法,以二茂铁和二甲苯分别作为催化剂和碳源,H2和Ar作为载气,制备了定向碳纳米管阵列;考察了工艺参数对碳纳米管取向生长的影响。结果表明:在二茂铁/二甲苯溶液进入反应室的温度为310℃,H2和Ar总流速为120mL/min,抛光硅基底上容易获得定向碳纳米管阵列。
The aligned carbon nanotubes were synthesized by catalytic thermal decomposition. In this experiment, xylene was used as the carbon source with ferrocene as the catalyst precursor, H2 and Ar as the carrier gas. The effects of process parameters on the orientation of the growth of carbon nanotubes were investigated. The results show that: the aligned carbon nanotube arrays can be easily obtained on the volished silicon substrate.when the temperature of the ferrocene/xvlene solution into reactive room is 310 ℃ ,hydrogen and argon flow rate is 120 mL/min.
