Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定杨桃的多酚含量 被引量:24

摘要 采用Folin-Ciocalteu(FC)比色法测定杨桃提取液中总多酚的含量,确定以没食子酸为标准的最佳测定条件。结果表明,FC试剂浓度为1∶1,Na2CO3溶液浓度为7.5%,在25℃下反应30 min,杨桃多酚浓度在0~80μg/mL时与其吸光值有良好线性关系。方法操作简单、结果重现性好,证明FC比色法可用来测定杨桃提取物中总多酚的含量。 The total polyphenol (TP) content of carambola dregs was analyzed by Folin- Ciocalteu colorimetry. The optimum conditions were investigated using gallic acid as standard. The results showed that when the concentration of Folin- Cioealteu reagent were 1:1 and the concentration of Na2CO3 was 7.5%, reaction 30 min in 25℃, there was a good linearity relationship between absorption value and carambola polyphenol with the concentration from 0-80 μg/ mL in 765 nm. The method was simple, accurate and suggested as an appropriate method to measure the TP content in carambola dregs
