摘要
结合实践经验,探讨了项目监理机构的量化管理,分析了企业对项目监理机构的实施考核,提出应实施差别化管理,即对先进予以适当物质和精神奖励,对落后加强培训及监管,以进一步促进监理企业管理水平的提高。
Combined with experience, it discusses the quantization management of program supervision organ, analyses the performance examination of enterprises to program supervision organ, and puts forward taking different management which is giving the advance with material and spiritual award, training and monitoring the behind, so as to further enhance the managing level of supervision enterprises.
