摘要
建立了可同时测定VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12和烟酰胺等常见添加B族维生素含量的离子对反相液相色谱法。流动相为甲醇-醋酸(0.5%)(体积比30:70其中每升流动相含5mmol的庚烷磺酸钠和0.05%三乙胺);流速为1.2mL/min;采用紫外检测器,波长为270nm;色谱柱为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB—C18,柱温为30℃。各种维生素含量测定方法的线性关系良好,R=0.9993~0.9998;回收率96.8%~100.2%,RSD=0.65%~1.43%。本方法应用于市售功能性饮料中B族维生素含量的测定,结果准确。
An accurate and reliable ion - pair reversed - phase method was established for the determination of VB1 , VB2, VB6, VB12 and nicotinamide in functional drinks. These vitamins can be separated on ZORBAX Eclipse XDB - C18 column by using methanol and 0.5% acetic acid (30:70) as mobile phase at the rate of 1.2 ml/min with VWD detector at 270 nm. The calibration curves showed good linearity (96.8% -100. 2% ). The recovery rate and RSD were 96.8% - 100.2% and 0.65% - 1.43% , respectively. The simple and rapid method was successfully applied to the determination of functional drinks in the market.
