摘要
应用回归正交设计及梯度法对螺旋藻混合营养培养过程中有机碳源葡萄糖及抗氧化剂Na2S2O3的添加量进行了优化,结果表明:C(葡萄糖)=2.9g/L、C(Na2S2O3)=3g/L时,细胞干重最大,平均为2.30g/L。
The optimal levels of glucose and sodium hyposulfite in spirulina cultivation were investigated using regression - orthogonal design and gradient method. The results showed that the average cellular yield reached 2. 30g/L when the concentration of glucose and sodium hyposulfite were 2.9g/L and 3g/L,respectively.
