摘要
扩散制造是军工企业应对短时大批量生产任务的一种有效手段,传统工作流不能满足扩散制造的动态环境要求。通过分析扩散制造的生产模式和任务分解的特点,结合多色图理论,将扩散制造任务递阶分解过程,映射为工作流模型,并定义简单活动和复合活动实现流程模型的分层定义。对模型结构利用堆栈进行正确性检查,提出基于转场基数的时间计算,并建立制造能力服务及其本体以提高服务匹配效率。结合项目实例建立工作流模型、制造服务模型,并进行了时间求解。文中建模方法较好地解决了扩散制造中工作流建模的问题。
Proliferation manufacturing is an effective method for mass production in military enterprise. Business process of proliferation manufacturing is extended from inner enterprise to inter enterprise and task is changing frequently under commands. All these make a general workflow model not suitable for the dynamic business environment of proliferation manufacturing. After analyzing the manufacturing mode and task decomposition mechanism of proliferation manufacturing, a hierarchal workflow model is introduced on the basis of polychromatic graph. Simple activity and compositional activity is used in the model to support hierarchal structure. Moreover, stack is applied to checking the correctness of model structure, and transport base number is proposed for calculating the time of process execution. Manufacturing capability service and service ontology is built to improve service match efficiency. Finally, a case is shown for workflow modeling, manufacturing service modeling and time calculation of proliferation manufacturing. The proposed approach for workflow modeling performs well in oroiect application.
