摘要
利用常规测试方法,测定、分析了内蒙古巴彦淖尔盟地区肉苁蓉生化成分,包括粗脂肪、木质素、维生素、矿物质、硒、总糖、还原糖、饱和脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸及氨基酸。实验表明:肉苁蓉中硒含量比植物中一般硒含量高。肉苁蓉矿物元素中常量元素K的含量最高,微量元素Fe的含量最高,且Fe∶Mn∶Cu∶Zn为134∶2.43∶1∶2.70,Zn∶Cu为2.70(<10),Zn∶Fe为0.020(<1),表明理化性质相似的元素,生物学功能没有相互拮抗,且Zn、Cu、Fe比值较为合理;肉苁蓉中含有18种氨基酸,其中人体必需氨基酸总量是8.191%,占氨基酸总量的38.010,必需氨基酸的构成比例基本符合FAO/WHO的标准;鲜味氨基酸含量为2.209,占氨基酸总量的26.970;脂肪酸中多不饱和脂肪酸含量为1.420;肉苁蓉中具有一定含量的维生素,表明它具有一定的抗氧化能力;其余生化成分与文献[1]中沙生植物相应成分含量相接近。结果表明,肉苁蓉在医学和营养学上都有很高的研究价值,值得大力开发应用。
Biochemical composition including lipid, lignin, vitamin, mineral substance, selenium, total sugar, deoxidized sugar, fatty acid and amino acid of Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma collected from Bayannur were determinated using ordinary standard methods. The results showed that the content of selenium is higher than that in the other plants. The content of the potassium was the highest in the plant, and the rate of Fe : Mn : Cu : Zn, Zn : Cu and Zn : Fe is 134 : 2.43 : 1 : 2.70,2.70 ( 〈 0) and 0.020 ( 〈 1 ), respectively. The data indicated that the elements, which had similar physics and chemistry property, hadn t restrict each other in biology function, and the rate of Zn : Cu or Zn : Fe was reasonable. There were 18 amino acids in the plant. The content of essential amino acids was 8. 191%, accounting for 38. 010 in total amino acids. The constitutional rate of the essential amino acids accorded with the FAO/WHO standard basically. The content of tasty amino acids was 2.209 , comprising 26. 970 in total amino acids. There was 1. 420 of unsaturated fatty acids in the plant. The definite vitamine in the plant indicated that it possessed antioxidant ability. The content of the rest biochemical composition was close to the other psammophyte. Thus, Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma has higher investigative and exploiture value.
