摘要
目的报告采用人工桡骨头置换治疗桡骨头严重粉碎性骨折的早期疗效。方法本组16例桡骨头严重粉碎性骨折,均采用人工桡骨头假体置换治疗。结果16例桡骨头骨折中,按Mason分类Ⅲ型14例,Ⅳ型2例,由于车祸致桡骨头骨折5例,摔倒11例。患者全部得到了随访,随访5～36个月,平均随访15个月,按Broberg标准进行综合评定,优9例,良4例,可1例,差2例。结论人工桡骨头假体置换是桡骨头严重粉碎性骨折的可选治疗方法之一,其远期疗效需要进一步探讨和随访;手术的适应证应严格掌握,手术治疗难度虽不大,但术前应做好周密的准备,没有手术经验的医师尽量不要尝试;术后科学的介入康复对功能恢复十分重要。
Objective To report the early effects of the treatment of serious Smashing fracture of the radial head treated in artificial radial head replacement. Methods There are 16 cases of serious smashing fracture of the radial head in this group , which treaed in artificial radial head prosthesis replacement . Results According to Mason Category, 14 cases belong to Ⅲ , 2 cases belong to Ⅳ; Five cases because of the crash, 11 cases because of fell. All patients were followed up 5 to 36 months, with an average follow-up of 15 months, Broberg Criteria be used to comprehensive evaluating , nine cases are excellent, four cases are good, one case is accepting and two cases are poor. Conclusion Radial head prosthesis replacement is a optional treatment to serious Smashing fracture of the radial head. However, its long-term effect needs to be further explored and follow-up; Surgery indications should be strictly controlled. Ahhouth this Surgery is not very difficult, but well preparement Should be done before operation. These surgery doctors no experience are advised not to attempt. It is very important about functional recovery to involve scienfitic rehabilitation after surgery.
