摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在预防乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液中的应用效果。方法:对50例乳腺癌改良根治术患者根据临床经验及通过搜集患者症状和体征,结合患者及家属的需求,总结急需解决的护理问题。应用计算机网络检索有关文献及资料,寻找护理依据,对资料的可靠性、实用性进行分析、讨论,并将所获得的依据与护理专业技能、临床经验相结合,制定并实施护理方案。结果:本组未发生皮下积液。结论:循证护理作为一种科学的护理模式,可有效预防乳腺癌改良根治术后发生皮下积液。
Objective： To explore the effect of evidence - based nursing care in the prevention of subcutaneous hydrops after modified radical mastectomy. Methods： The symptoms and signs of 50 patients with modified radical mastectomy were observed and collected based on clinical experience of nurses so as to find the solutions in nursing care. And then nursing plan was made and implemented in the light of the reliable information through information retrieval. Results： No subcutaneous hydrops was found in these patients. Conclusion ： The evidence - based nursing care, as a scientific mode, can effectively prevent the occurrence of subcutaneous hydrops after modified radical mastectomy.
