摘要
教材管理是高校教学管理工作的重要组成部分,而高校普遍实行完全学分制已近十年,面对亟需解决的新情况,有必要建构教材管理新模式。教材管理应符合当下的教育理念,由硬性、强制的管理模式转向人性、服务的管理模式,树立教材管理为教学服务的全新理念,提高学校教材管理部门的公共管理意识,提高管理者自身的公共管理能力。在教材管理与师生之间建立一种融洽的信息共享、资源共享的体系,使高校教材管理更趋于人性化。
