摘要
旨在筛选盐酸咪唑苯脲W/O型乳剂的基础处方。采用单因素分析方法对油相、乳化剂的种类及用量、油水比例进行筛选以及采用正交试验对处方工艺进行优化;确定了盐酸咪唑苯脲W/O型乳剂的基础处方,最终筛选出白油为最佳油相、亲水性乳化剂OP-10为最佳乳化剂,初步确定白油、亲脂性乳化剂司盘-80、亲水性乳化剂OP-10为最佳处方组合,乳化剂的最佳用量为处方量的10%,油水最佳比例为7∶3。确定最佳乳化温度为50℃,最佳乳化时间为3min,最佳乳化速度为8000r/min。通过上述处方筛选及工艺优化,制备了2%的盐酸咪唑苯脲W/O型乳剂。
The objective of this experiment is to select the basic formula of imidocarb dihydrochloride emulsion (W/O). Screening of the oil phase, the emulsifie species, the amount of emulsifie and the oil-water ratio by the univariate analysis, the optimum formulation and technology of imidocarb dihydrochloride emulsion(W/O) by means of orthogonal test; Basic Formula of imidocarb dihydrochloride emulsion(W/O) were determined, finally, it were screened out that white oil was the optimum oil phase, the optimum hydrophilic surfactant OP-10 was the optimum emulsifier, the Optimum Combination of white oil, the lipophilia surfactant Span-80 and the optimum hydrophilic surfactant OP-10 was preliminaryly ascertainmented, the optimum dosage of the emulsifier in the emulsion is 10% of the prescription, the optimum oil-water ratio was 7:3, the optimum formulation and technology was determined that the emulsifying temperature 50 ℃, emulsifying time 3 rain, stirring speed 8000 r/min, through the obove formulation screening and the Process optimization, 2% imidocarb dihydrochloride emulsion(W/O) was prepared.
