苏姜猪ESR基因和FSHβ基因多态性及其对部分生长性状的影响 被引量:8

摘要 研究157头苏姜3世代猪ESR和FSHβ基因型分布,并对基因型与6月龄体高、体长、胸围和体重作了相关分析。结果表明:两位点在苏姜猪中存在多态性;ESR基因BB基因型猪的体高、体长、胸围和体重显著(P<0.05)低于AA基因型的个体,体高、胸围、体重达到极显著水平;FSHβ基因BB基因型个体的体长显著(P<0.05)低于AA型的个体。合并基因型BBBB个体的体高和胸围显著(P<0.05)低于AAAB、AABB、ABAB和ABBB基因型个体,而体重则显著(P<0.05)低于其他合并基因型的,部分基因型之间达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。结果提示,两基因有利于产仔数的BB型体尺性状较小,生长速度较慢。苏姜猪选育时应进行ESR和FSHβ基因的分子标记辅助选择,可避免B等位基因的流失。 The experiment was carried out to research on the polymorphism of ESR and FSHβ genes and their effects on body height (BH), body length (BL), chest circumference (CC) and bodyweight (BW) in Sujiang pigs. The samples were taken from 157 6-month-old pigs. Results showed that the polymorphism of the two loci were found. Different genotypes of ESR had significant(P 〈 0.01) effects on BH, CC, BW and significant(P 〈 0.05) effect on BL by the order BB〈AA. BL of BB pigs of FSHβ was significantly lower(P 〈 0.05) than that of AA pigs. Significant differences(P 〈 0.05) were found in BH and CC between BBBB and other genotypes, except AAAA. Bw of BBBB genotype was significant lower (P 〈 0.01) than those of other genotypes. Results suggested that pigs of BB genotype had lower body measurement or daily gain in 6 month old.
