摘要
以羽叶决明(Chamaecrasta nictitans)牧草替代麸皮栽培鸡腿菇(Coprinus comatus),对其子实体产量和脂肪酸组成进行测定。研究结果表明,子实体产量以羽叶决明替代20%麸皮处理的最高,为每袋235.2g;所有处理鸡腿菇子实体中均含有豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、十六烯酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸和二十二烷酸等8种脂肪酸,其中羽叶决明替代20%麸皮处理的鸡腿菇子实体中各种脂肪酸相对含量均接近或优于对照,综合表现较好。
Coprinus comatus was cultivated on a series of growth substrates in which the wheat bran component (constituting 30% of the basal formula) was replaced to different extents with Chamaecrasta nictitans. Highest fruit body yields (235.2 g per bag) were obtained following cultivation on a substrate in which 20% of the wheat bran component had been substituted with C. nictitans. The myristic, palmitic, hexadecenoic, octadecanoic, oleic, linoleic, linolenic and docosanoic acid profiles in these fruit bodies were superior compared to the corresponding fatty acid profiles of fruit bodies cultivated on other test substrates.
