摘要
目的通过调查男护生对专业认知度及选择护理专业的择业观念,利于针对性地进行教育引导。从而增加男护生热爱护理专业的信心。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,对58名男护生的择业观念进行调查。结果男护生选择护理专业的主要动机是就业和收入,从事护理专业有很大的压力,重新选择有放弃护理专业的可能。结论尽力排除传统观念障碍,消除性别偏见带来的心理障碍,加强护理教育改革,进一步促进护理专业的发展。
Objective To investigate the awareness of male nursing students to their speciality and their concept of career on choosing nursing. Do good to carrying out education guide targetedly. In order to enhance the confidence of loving nursing. Methods Using self-designed qustionaire to investigate 58 male nursing students＇ concept of career. Results The main motive of the male nursing students choosing their specialized profession are getting employment and high income. As to the male nursing students ,being engaged in nursing , are under a lot of pressure , if they get a chance to change their speciality , it is possible that they will give up nursing. Conclusion Try to remove the obstacle of traditional views, to eliminate th mental maladjustment , which brought by the prejudice of sexes, to refore nursing education reform, to move forward a single step of promoting the development of nursing.
