摘要
目的评估糖尿病患者教育对血糖控制的影响。方法将525例2型糖尿病患者按是否接受糖尿病教育分为教育组(246例)和非教育组(279例),分析糖尿病教育对空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖控制的影响。结果教育组血糖控制理想占(50%),明显优于非教育组(19.71%)。结论加强糖尿病教育可提高糖尿病患者对糖尿病治疗的依从性,使糖尿病患者达到理想的血糖控制,增强患者战胜疾病的信心,从而改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of diabetic instructions on controlling their blood sugar level. Methods By dividing 525 Type 2 diabetics into two groups of educated group（246 patients） and non-educated group （279 patients）,the limosis blood sugar level and the blood sugar level 2 hours after meal for both groups of the patients were compared and analyzed. Results 50% of the patients from educated group have their blood sugar level up to the ideal control standard while 19.71% of the patients from non-educated group have their blood sugar level up to the ideal control standard. Conclusion Intensifying instructions to diabetics will contribute to their compliableness to the treatment and attain ideal standard of blood sugar control. Meanwhile,it will contribute to build up their confidence to win over the disease and improve their living standard.
