微乳给药系统对亲脂性和难溶性药物而言是一个非常好的新型载体系统。本文系统地综述了微乳的处方组成选择以及存在的问题。
Microemulsifying drug delivery system is a potential new delivery system for lipophilic or poorly soluble drugs. This paper reviews the formulation selection of microemulsion and the problems in the preparation.
