摘要
根据我国啤酒企业的现状,设计了一种基于机器视觉的啤酒灌装生产线质量检测系统,代替人工目测,提高了生产自动化水平。在详细介绍了系统组成及检测原理的基础上,讨论了各种算法的优缺点,检测成功率95%以上,检测时间1s以内。该系统可完成灌装后啤酒封口、液位及杂质检测,并能分选不合格产品。
The study developed a detection system for beer production line which was based on machine vision, it can replace the visual examination and raise automatization level in production. It introduced structure and principle of this system, have discussed the algorithmic difference, detecting success rate above 95%, checks time within 1s. It is used to inspect the liquid level and impurity in the bottle after the beer filled, also it can separate the off-grade product automatically from the production line. This system can satisfy the requisition of brewery.
