Synthesis and Antibacterial Activity of 1-(pyridine-3-methyl) 2-ethylbenzimidazole

摘要 以2-乙基苯并咪唑和3-氯甲基吡啶反应得到新化合物1-(吡啶-3-甲基)-2-乙基苯并咪唑,利用M S1、H NM R、IR等方法对其进行了表征,并用X射线单晶衍射确定了其晶体结构,对该化合物抑菌活性研究表明1-(吡啶-3-甲基)-2-乙基苯并咪唑对植物病原真菌有不同程度的抑制作用,对水稻纹枯病菌、梨褐斑病菌、稻瘟病菌有较高的抑菌活性;对实验所用的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等细菌的抑菌效果不明显。 1-(pyridine-3-methyl)-2-ethylbenzimidazole was synthesized by the reaction of 2-ethylbenzimidazole with 3-chloromethylpyridine,and charactyerized by MS,^1H NMR and IR. The antibacterial activity experiments indicated that this compound resistanted different bacterial to different degree. It is with higher antifungal activity to Rhizoctonia solani Kvhn,Mycosphaerella sentina (Fr.) Schroeter,Pyricularia oryzae Cav,but not obvious antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
