摘要
在水溶液中以马来酸酐(MA)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)及2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,通过自由基聚合反应合成了马来酸酐/丙烯酸/丙烯酸羟丙酯/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸四元共聚物MAHA。当单体MA、AA、HPA和AMPS的质量比为2∶6∶1∶1、引发剂用量为单体质量的2.4%、反应时间为4 h时,合成的MAHA在较宽的pH范围内对BaSO4垢有良好的阻垢效果,且对CaCO3有着优异的阻垢性能。
A tetra-copolymer MAHA is prepared from maleic anhydride (MA),acrylic acid (AA), hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) and 2-acryloylamino-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid (AMPS) by the radical polymeric reaction in aqueous solution. The synthesized MAHA has good inhibitive effect on BaS04 scale in wider pH value ranges when the monomer' s mass ratio of MA/ AA/HPA/AMPS is 2:6:1 : 1, the amount of initiator is 2.4 % of monomer' s mass and the reaction time is 4 h, and it also has excellent inhibitive property on CaCO3 scale.
