摘要
目的:探讨胶原酶加参麦注射液椎管内推注治疗高龄患者腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取12例高龄腰椎间盘突出症患者,用胶原酶加参麦注射液椎管内推注,观察临床疗效。结果:经治疗后,疗效优良8例,有效4例。结论:胶原酶加参麦注射液椎管内推注治疗高龄患者腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效较之单纯的胶原酶注射优良率高。
Objective： To discuss on the clinical efficacy of intraspinal injection of collagenase and shenmai to lumbar disc herniation of aged patient. Methods： To select twelve aged lumbar disc herniation patients, apply to them intraspinal injection of collagenase and shenmai, and observe the clinical efficacy. Results： Upon treatment, excellent and good clinical efficacy was proved on eight patients and clinical efficacy was proved on four patients. Conclusion： The excellent and good rate of intraspinal injection of collagenasc and shemnai to aged lumbar disc herniation patients is higher than that of the injection of pure collagenase.
