摘要
分析了白杨河流域水资源形成和转换特点,开发利用现状以及引水坝生态用水是可调水量的主要影响因素,用以解决调水工程用水的问题。调水工程可调水量是开展各项工作的基础,在现有的资料基础上,通过对引水坝年径流量、引水坝上游的农牧业需水量、水库下泄流量、等因素的分析,提出了各因素对可调水量的影响程度,并估算了可调水量。
This paper analyses the characteristics of the formation and conversion of the water resources in Baiyang River Basin, and the present states of the development and utilization, and expounds the ecological consumptive water is the main factors of adjustable water, which can resolve the issue of water diversion project. Adjustable water of diversion project is the basis of the works carried out, according to the existing data, it analyses annual runoff of the dam, the water demand of farming and herding upstream of the dam, the discharge flow etc. factors, puts forward the impact the extent of each factor and estimate the adjustable water.
