Calcium Leak and Heart Failure

摘要 近年来国外的许多研究已经证实了钙渗漏是心力衰竭的特征之一,而且其产生而导致的延迟后除极可能是心力衰竭时发生室性心律失常的一个重要机制,现对钙渗漏与心力衰竭心律失常的关系做一综述。 Recently, many studies have shown that a calcium leak was one of the characteristics of heart failure. The delayed post-depolarizations caused by the Ca^2+ leak is an important mechanism underlying ventricular arrhythmia caused by cardiac failure. This article reviews the relationship between the calcium leak and arrhythmia induced heart failure.
