摘要
本文采用微波ABC法观察TGFβ在骨折愈合不同阶段中的分布情况,结果显示微波免疫组化法的特异性和敏感性高,优於常规法。
In recent years, microwave technique has been more and more widely used in the pathological studies with good effects such as shortening the term of the specimen fixation and promoting the immunoreaction, especially on accelerating immunohistochemistry reaction.In this study, classical immunohistochemistry and that plus microwave irradiation were used respectively to investigate the distribution and content of TGFβ in the healing process of closed fracture of rabbit tibias (3d, 7d, 14d, 21d, 28d, 42d). The results demonstrated that the staining intensities of antigen are the same to those that were treated with classical method, but with clearer histological structure, less nonspecific reaction and shorter impregnating times of immunoreaction with the method of microwave.
