摘要
介绍了低温甲醇洗装置在试车过程中出现的问题;分析了该装置甲醇消耗偏高的原因;提出了解决问题的思路和办法;总结了系统调整和技术改造后取得的效果。结果表明,甲醇消耗从800 kg/h下降到155 kg/h。
Author has introduced the problems existed commission process of Rectisol Plant; has analyzed the reasons of methanol consume being too high of this plant ; has presented the thinking and method of these problems to be solved ; has summarized the effect obtained after technical adjustment and reformation for this system. Result indicates that the methanol consume is reduced from 800 kg/h to 155 kg/h.
