慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期抗炎治疗相关进展 被引量：17

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是进行性发展、以不完全可逆的气流受限为特征的疾病，是全世界慢性疾病死亡的主要原因之一，造成社会经济负担日益加重。气道和肺的慢性炎症是COPD的基本病理学特征，因此抑制COPD炎症是COPD防治的关键所在，但目前这也是COPD治疗的薄弱环节。现就COPD稳定期抗炎治疗中的几个热点问题进行阐述，旨在提高对COPD抗炎治疗的认识。
