电磁感应式随钻数据传输系统的研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对现有钻井液脉冲无线随钻测量技术不能满足钻井新技术发展要求的问题,对基于电磁感应式智能钻杆通信技术进行了理论及试验研究。该技术是一种利用电磁感应原理通过非接触的耦合方式进行信号传递的通信方式,非接触式耦合器是其关键部分。实验室模拟智能钻杆研究表明,对实际电感线圈建立合理的等效电路模型是其技术难点之一,而中继节的电路必须进行适当的信号调理滤除干扰噪声,同时还必须考虑电池供电带来的功率限制问题。实际应用中,还需考虑到外界的电磁干扰、系统所处的高温环境以及震动等影响因素。 In light of the fact that the existing drilling fluid pulse wireless logging while drilling(LWD) measurement technology cannot satisfy the requirement of new drilling technological development,a theoretical and experimental research on the communication technology for the electromagnetic induction-based intelligent drill pipe was carried out.The technology is a kind of communication mode which performs signal transmission by utilizing electromagnetic induction principle and non-contact coupling method.The non-contact coupler is the key part of the technology.The laboratory simulation of the intelligent drill pipe shows that one of the difficulties is to construct the rational equivalent circuit model for the practical inductance coil.The relay section circuit must be properly regulated to filter the interference noise.At the same time,the limitation of power caused by the battery power supply must also be considered.Moreover,the external electromagnetic interference and the system's environment have to be taken into account in practical application.
