摘要
目的:研究枇杷花和花蕾中的挥发性化学成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取法技术,并用气相色谱/质谱法结合保留指数法对化学成分进行分析鉴定,用面积归一化法确定相对质量百分含量。结果:分别从枇杷花花蕾和花中鉴定出10和13种化合物,各占总峰面积的98.63%和97.18%。结论:枇杷花花蕾和花的主要成分相同,均为苯甲醛,是枇杷花的赋香成分。
Objective: To investigate the volatile constituents in Eriobotrya japonica. Methods: The chemical components of the essential oil from Eriobotrya japonica were extracted by HS-SPME and the components separated were identified by GC-MS combined with Kovats indece. Results: 10 and 13 compounds were identified from the buds and flowers, accounting to 98.63% and 97.18% P, enzaldehyde as the main aromatic compound in of the total essential components, respectively. Conclusion: both samples may be the main fragrance constituents of Eriobotrya japonica.
