摘要
招投标已成为图书馆文献采购的主要渠道。分析了期刊招投标的意义,对期刊招投标过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析,并提出提高期刊招投标质量的对策。
Bidding in journals purchase has become a main way to purchase the books and journals for the college library. The paper analyses the significance of journal purchase bidding and main problems it has met and puts forward some suggestions about how to improve bidding level .
