摘要 目的:探讨运动性疲劳对代谢物质的影响。方法:运用中医的理论和方法,通过"四诊"对大负荷量运动后出现运动性疲劳做出中医分型与诊断,同时监测与运动训练及运动性疲劳密切相关的代谢物质[血清肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血尿素(BUN)]等生化指标。结果:运动性疲劳者中以筋肉疲劳症为多,占54.4%;运动性疲劳各症之间伴有一定数量的兼症,脾胃功能失调症兼症百分比相对偏高,占81.8%;疲劳组C K、LDH、BUN值明显高于无疲劳组、实验前组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);无疲劳组高于实验前组低于疲劳组。结论:用上述指标进行综合评定,能较灵敏地反映运动负荷量的变化和运动员的机能状态及运动性疲劳程度,为中西医结合诊断运动性疲劳提供科学依据;同时对控制训练负荷,判断运动疲劳,防止过度疲劳和运动损伤的发生,有效地挖掘人体的运动潜力,提高竞技能力等,均有十分重要的意义,并已成为科学训练的重要环节。 Objective : To explore athletes' sports fatigue on the impact of metabolites. Methods : With Chinese medicine theory and method, it diagnosed to sports fatigue after heavy load sport through" four examine", at the same time, follow- up monitoring the biochemical indicator of metabolites which related to sports trainning and sports fatigue: serum creatine kinase (CK), serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN). Results : The majority sport fatigue is muscle fatigue, which was 54.4 % (68/125) ; the sports fatigue symptom has certain amount identical, the percentage of identical spleen gastric functional disorder relatively high, which is 81.8%. The biochemical indicator of metabolites in the fatigue group: CK, LDH, BuN,etc,is significantly higher than those of the non- fatigue group and the one before experiment group( P 〈 0.01). The non - fatigue group is higher than the before experiment group and lower than the fatigue group. Conclusions : The integrate evaluation by using multiple indicator mentioned above can reflect the change of sports load and athletes' functional status and the degree of the sports fatigue comprehensively and sensitively, can offer quantified scientific basis to diagnose the sports fatigue by the combination of Chinese and western medicine. It is also very important to control training load, judge sports fatigue, prevent overtiredness and development of sports injury to excavate demic sports potential efficaciously, raise contest ability etc,and has become all important part of scientific training.
