摘要
有机肥料的施用能提供蔬菜所需的大部分养分,既能显著地提高蔬菜产量,又能深刻影响蔬菜的品质,但其影响的方向和程度受蔬菜种类、有机肥种类、用量和施用方法等因素的制约。综述了施用有机肥对蔬菜品质指标,如Vc、可溶性糖、硝酸盐和蛋白质含量等影响的研究进展。
The app lication of organic fertilizers could provide most nutrition vegetables need. It is not only significantly increases the yield of vegetables, but also has remarkable impacts on the quality of products, but the directions and extents of the impacts are effected by the vegetable species, organic fertilizers varieties, dosage and methods. The author generally reviewed the research advances of effects of organic fertilizers application on the quality parameters of vegetables such as Vc, soluble sugar, nitrate and protein content etc., and discussed the priority subject of future researches.
