摘要
区域经济合作进程自身的动态演化路径是逻辑自洽的,当前泛珠三角地区存在的次区域跨边界经济合作现象,是实现区域经济一体化的路径选择和过渡战略。在正视区域发展落差与借助比较优势互补的基础上,推动泛珠三角整合的外源性动力是谋划区域的对外经济战略。在考察双方区域经济合作的可行性方面,成本收益的分配日益成为双方推进合作的重要考虑因素。
The dynamic evolution path of regional economic cooperation process is a self-consistent logic. The current regional economic cooperation in the Pan-Pearl River Delta region is a path choice and transition strategy for achieving regional economic integration. The paper argues that the main target of the opening-up of the Pan-Pearl River Delta is mostly the ASEAN, and that in terms of the feasibility of regional economic cooperation, the distribution of costs and revenues has become an increasingly important factor for consideration in promoting cooperation between two parties.
